使い方

紙と筆記用具を用意します。 スタートボタンを押すと、30秒間隔で人体モデルが表示されます。 これを朝晩5分(10体)描くだけで、ビックリするほど画力がアップします(多分)。

どういう訓練?

30秒ドローイングは「脳の右側で描け」という本で紹介されているトレーニングを元に作成した訓練アプリです。

この訓練は、複雑な視覚情報を高速に表示することで、強制的に脳の言語機能をオーバーヒートさせます。このため右脳優位の状態を保った状態で、ドローイングの練習を行うことができます。
